太多事情造成的不易察觉的负面心理暗示慢慢浮现成为来头明显的威胁，我知道我在为什么而紧张，也清楚目前没有出路，还要徘徊很久，而所有的这一切都将无法避免。重复出现的宝剑牌让我耿耿于怀，那些锋利的宝剑就好象魔术表演时那样，根根插在身边，让你动弹不得。这次的低潮期很长，和心情有很大关系，我感到束手无策，本能地只是一味地躲藏，烦躁情绪日益叠加。
昨天周日训练后，约了健身房的一个朋友一起去了位于宝产胡同的按摩医院。这医院是东东介绍给我的，我无法再对训练带来的肌肉伤痛视而不见，在低潮期里，训练变得很艰难。我是个浑身痒痒肉的人，从没想过去按摩，出于无奈，硬着头皮还是去了。
医生的诊断很简单，因为来的病人很少有象我一样能把运动损伤形容得那么清楚，包裹肌群名称。医生只是简单地摸了摸两个主要拉伤的地方，一个证明了我的看法，另一个则可能需要照片子才能最终确认。我并不认为象他说的那样胸五胸六两快胸椎发生了侧歪，可也未必就不是。
被医生一碰身体就发痒大笑的事情并没有发生，但我并不能保证院子里、那些换上大快透明玻璃的医疗按摩厢房里躺上10几分钟会是什么个样子。因此医生建议的医疗按摩我并没有采纳。不过我已经想好了，还是找个盲人保健按摩试试再说。
